Return Eligibility

• Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. We do not accept returns for damaged products. 

Return Process

1. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
2. Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, minus the restocking fee.

Exchanges
